We're seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help build the team, shape the culture and support the successful launch of East Pavilion. The Opportunity As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop a high-performing team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant before opening, help shape service standards and culture, and play a key role in building the venue from day one. What You'll Be Doing Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members Lead shifts and oversee daily service operations Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless service execution What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment Strong food and beverage knowledge and a genuine interest in wine Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Why Join East Pavilion?
